Saving the Ceremony Lawn

The ceremony lawn is one of the most profitable square footage on the property. It is also the piece of the property that gets aerated by four hundred chair legs every Saturday from May to October, and by August it looks it.

The usual fixes are all compromises. Move the ceremony to the terrace and lose the photograph. Rotate the lawn and lose a booking. Put down flooring and add four figures to the event cost.
