For country clubs
Chivari has furnished clubs since 2007. We're a family-owned manufacturer in Miami — we design and engineer commercial-grade furniture, sell it at wholesale volume pricing, ship from three warehouses, and stock the parts, so the chair that fails in year six goes back into the ballroom instead of into a dumpster.
Everything here is chosen for the calendar a club actually keeps: banquets on Saturday, member dining on Sunday, a scramble on Monday, a wedding the Saturday after.
Volume tiers are published on every product page and step down with quantity — no quote required to see them. For a ballroom of 200 seats or more, ask for the club tier.
Any style, any color. Match a Pantone, match a paint swatch, or put the club's logo on a chair or a cushion. This is how a club owns a look no other club in the market can quote.
A team that knows the seat heights, the stack counts and which cart clears a service corridor. Ask about the free sample chair program if you want the chair in your actual dining room, under your actual light, before the house committee votes.

A club is not one venue. It is five, each with its own job, its own wear pattern and its own photograph. The fastest way to build a furniture plan is to walk the property the way a member does — and to notice that the ballroom and the terrace are asking for two different chairs, not two finishes of the same one.
Your seating count isn't your membership. It's your largest single seating, plus a sensible overage.
Most clubs under-buy chairs and over-rent for years before anyone does that arithmetic. Run it once, on your biggest night of last year, and the order sizes itself.Getting the brief right
Answer these before anyone opens a catalogue. They decide the quantity, the material and the warranty tier — and they prevent the mismatched storeroom every club eventually apologises for.
Not your membership — your largest single seating plus overage. This is the number that ends the annual rental invoice.
Turn count, not age, ends a chair's life. A ballroom Chiavari that flips forty weekends needs a different frame than a dining chair that never leaves the room.
Terrace and pool furniture live in UV and moisture. Interior dining chairs don't. Matching material to exposure is the difference between a five-year piece and a fifteen-year one.
One signature chair for the ballroom, a quieter workhorse for member dining, something rugged for the lawn. Decide it up front, once.
Own or rent? If you host events on a regular calendar, ownership almost always wins — often inside the first year or two.
And it lets you build the rental line into your own event packages instead of paying someone else's. Run it against your own banquet calendar before you renew a rental contract; we are happy to run it with you, including the cases where renting still wins. The chairs, in depth
Every piece here is commercial-grade, cast in 100% virgin resin — never recycled, which is cheaper and weaker — and the pieces that take the most abuse are offered with a welded Steel Skeleton™ core carrying up to a 10-Year Total Coverage term.
Also worth knowing: the resin folding chair now comes in a grass-and-turf design that will not sink into a fairway — the tournament chair that sets and strikes fast. Browse the full Chiavari range, 25 Chiavari barstools, and 241 wedding chairs for the weddings your ballroom books.
The tables
A banquet round that flexes when a member leans on it to stand is the cheapest possible way to undo a good chair. Set a 60-inch round at eight, not ten — 23.6 inches of table edge each instead of 18.8 — and the same room reads as a better club without a dollar spent.
54 SKUs. Rounds and rectangles in plywood with an aluminum edge and folding steel legs, and Steel Skeleton™ versions at a published 1,000 lbs with ten-year coverage.
Shop Now ▸20 SKUs. Sections that link into a sweeping S-curve — the buffet line that photographs, and the head table that doesn't look like four rectangles.
Shop Now ▸52 SKUs. Solid pinewood on a trestle or X-leg base, plus conversion kits that turn banquet tables you already own into farm tables for a season.
Shop Now ▸And for the hour before dinner: 34 cocktail and high-top tables at 42-inch bar height, in stainless and plywood — where the reception actually happens.
Bar, floor and stage
Every dollar a member's wedding spends on a rented bar, a rented dance floor or a rented stage is a dollar that drove past the gate on somebody else's truck. Unlike a clubhouse renovation, these pay back in seasons, not decades — and they go straight into your own event packages.
32 modular bars in a 276-piece collection. Straight and serpentine sections that build a different bar for the terrace, the grill room and the ballroom — with brandable front panels for the club logo.
Shop Now ▸144 options. HPL wearing surface over an engineered honeycomb core, cam-locked rather than taped. The one piece of furniture every guest at a wedding physically stands on.
Shop Now ▸28 StandUp™ decks in a 64-piece staging range, at a fixed 21-inch height with skirting, steps and guard rails. Raise the band, the podium, or the bride.
Shop Now ▸The finishing details
Cushions and linens change the entire register of a room without changing a single frame — and they let a club quote three different looks off one inventory. A cushion in the club's color costs a fraction of re-chairing, and it is the difference between showing a member a photograph and showing them a swatch.
271 options across Chiavari, cross back, banquet and restaurant frames — in the club's color, with SlipNot™ backing so a cushion stays put through a four-hour reception.
Shop Now ▸138 SKUs. On a 30-inch table a 120-inch round drops floor-length at 60 inches and a 132-inch at 72 — no hemming, no tailor, no surprise.
Shop Now ▸43 carts and dollies. The purchase that lowers the labor line on every banquet flip for the life of the room — and the one most clubs buy a year late.

Four questions get us most of the way: how many covers at your largest single seating, how many times a year each room is set and struck, which spaces are exposed to weather, and what has to match across the property. We'll come back with the chairs, the tables, the carts and the freight — including the cases where the least expensive option is the right answer, and the cases where you should keep renting.
