We're a family-owned manufacturer in Miami — we design and engineer commercial-grade furniture, sell it at wholesale volume pricing, ship from three warehouses, and stock the parts, so the chair that fails in year six goes back into the ballroom instead of into a dumpster.
Everything here is chosen for the calendar a club actually keeps: banquets on Saturday, member dining on Sunday, a scramble on Monday, a wedding the Saturday after.

Four questions that size the order
Answer these before anyone opens a catalogue. They decide the quantity, the material and the warranty tier — and they prevent the mismatched storeroom every club eventually apologises for.
How many covers at once?
Not your membership — your largest single seating plus overage. This is the number that ends the annual rental invoice.
How many turns a year?
Turn count, not age, ends a chair's life. A ballroom Chiavari that flips forty weekends needs a different frame than a dining chair that never leaves the room.
Indoors, outdoors, or both?
Terrace and pool furniture live in UV and moisture. Interior dining chairs don't. Matching material to exposure is the difference between a five-year piece and a fifteen-year one.
What has to match?
One signature chair for the ballroom, a quieter workhorse for member dining, something rugged for the lawn. Decide it up front, once.
Own or rent? If you host events on a regular calendar, ownership almost always wins — often inside the first year or two.

What the chairs pull up to
A banquet round that flexes when a member leans on it to stand is the cheapest possible way to undo a good chair. Set a 60-inch round at eight, not ten — 23.6 inches of table edge each instead of 18.8 — and the same room reads as a better club without a dollar spent.
